Bancroft Celebrates the Accomplishments of its Team

Bancroft celebrated team members at the 32nd Annual Breakfast of Champions where employees throughout all the service lines were awarded in different categories including: Rookie, Maggie Award, Clinical Excellence, Leadership, Lifetime Service, Team and Bancroft’s highest honor, the Toni Award which went to Lillian Wilson who has served in the Children’s Residential Program for over 30 years.

Over 730 nominations were submitted for nearly 500 individual team members – the highest number of nominations ever received. Nominations were submitted from both staff and families whose loved ones are supported by Bancroft. Fifty-three final winners were awarded at the breakfast which was held at Maggiano’s in Cherry Hill.

“The Bancroft team inspires me each and every day and I am so glad we get to honor them every year,” says Bancroft President & CEO, Toni Pergolin. “Having so many people nominate their co-workers shows the incredible commitment they have to one another, which is part of what makes us so good at caring for those we support. This team truly changes lives.”

Nominations are opened each year in September with the Breakfast of Champions held in December. This was the first time in three years the Breakfast was held in person due to the pandemic.
